Training that actually moves TSL

We’re piloting a weekly 20-minute content lab before the 9am music log lock, focused on tease-forward and quarter-hour resets, and I’m seeing a +6% TSL in middays after two weeks. What ongoing training formats have stuck for you, and how are you baking them into clocks so it shows up in the 7:30–8:00 ratings curve?

We baked a hard 15-second tease window at:28 and:58 into the clocks with a donut bed (log code TEASE) so talent must promise a pay-off inside the next 10–12 minutes, and our 7:30–8:00 ticked up about 4% in six weeks. It lines up with your “quarter-hour resets,” but it only sticks if I aircheck two clips a week and kick back exact language, otherwise it gets fluffy. Are you carving an actual:28 slot before the 9am lock or just coaching it?

I love the idea of a tease-forward strategy! We’ve also been experimenting with timing our breaks right before the quarter-hour, almost like setting a baited hook. How are you measuring the effectiveness of the content lab beyond TSL?
