Phone hybrid advice for weekly help hour

We’re launching a Monday 7pm housing help call-in and need a reliable, low-maintenance phone hybrid our volunteers can manage; has anyone run Telos HX6 or JK Audio Broadcast Host with a Behringer X32 and found it stable for 2+ live callers? We want clean audio and easy screening from a spare laptop (possibly Google Voice), plus a simple way to record the calls for follow-up — what’s working at your stations?

I’ve run a Telos HX6 into a Behringer X32 for a Monday 7pm hour and it’s been rock solid for “2+ live callers” once we set a pre‑fader mix‑minus on Bus 1 for the send, kept the HX6 return off that bus, and multitracked the caller returns over X‑USB for follow‑up. Google Voice works for screening but the latency/AGC can bite; are you open to a simple SIP trunk instead?
