Midday shift tweak and ratings tradeoffs

We moved our midday music block from 10–2 to 11–3 in Q4 and saw +0.3 AQH in 25–54, a 5% cume dip, and +6 minutes TSL. For those who’ve tested similar daypart adjustments, did you hold the line to grow depth or pivot back to protect cume, and how did it affect PM drive lead-in?

Held “11–3” two books; added:55 PM-drive teases — cume steadied, lead-in +0.2. You tried:55s?

We kept 11–3 for one more book and tweaked clocks — moved the first stopset to:18 and added a tight:58 PM-drive tease with the drive host jumping in; TSL rose again, cume flattened, and lead-in bumped +0.1. I’d stay the course another book, but if cume keeps slipping, revert the clock not the hours; @oliver_jones77, did your:55s include a “next at 3” benchmark tease?
